Mission
OUR MISSION

Mission of the 100 Club of Navarro County

1.) To provide financial assistance to families of peace officers who lose their lives in the

line of duty.

2.) EQUIPMENT--To provide life-protecting equipment which cannot be secured through regular channels.

3.) EDUCATION--To provide law enforcement officers with educational and life-preserving training programs.

​

Jason says, "After 22 years of being in law enforcement, this is a way that I can still be involved with my brothers in blue."

Navarro County Commissioner Jason Grant currently serves Precinct 1.

Robert Gegenheimer

Robert Gegenheimer has been a Navarro county resident for over 40 years. Robert owns Cotton Mesa Trophy Whitetail where they raise over 25 species of exotic game.

Cotton Mesa has been a long-time supporter of law enforcement and has donated a trophy Whitetail hunt to

the 100 Club raffle for the past 7 years. Robert has been on the Navarro County 100 Club board for the past 3 years. Our goal is to raise more money every year to help support Navarro County law enforcement.

Barbara Kelley

Barbara Kelley has been a resident of Corsicana, Texas for over 40 years.  She is 1984 graduate of Corsicana High School, a graduate of Navarro College and a graduate of Texas A&M-Commerce.  She is a 35 year retired Police Telecommunicator having worked for Corsicana PD, Navarro County Sheriff's Department and DART Police Department.  Barbara has served on the Corsicana ISD Board of Trustees for 14 years and serves on several other boards in Corsicana.  Barbara is married to Charles Kelley Barbara is committed to serving her community and supporting our law enforcement agencies and the communities they serve.

Sherri Rachel

​

Sherri Rachel is Executive Director/Owner of Polygraph Services and Investigations, LLC based in Corsicana and is a graduate of Texas A&M University where she studied International Business.  Sherri has been a resident of Navarro County for over 12 years.  She is married to Constable Bobby Rachel who has over 38 years of law enforcement service. They have 4 adult kids and their oldest works as a trooper for Texas DPS.  Their youngest will so graduate from college and has plans to become a Texas Game Warden.  They have two beautiful grandson's. We are definitely a "BLUE" family, so it is important for us to give back to not only other officers and their families but to the community as well.

Rheann Ivie

Rheann Ivie is a long time supporter of everything law enforcement in Navarro County and a lifetime Navarro County 100 Club member.  She runs the NavCo and surrounding area LEOW group.  Her family spent years in organizing hot cocoa and lemonade stands to raise money for C.O.P.S.(Concerns of Police Survivors). She is a University of North Texas Police Academy graduate and has been married to a local law enforcement officer of over 25 years of service.  Rheann is the daughter of a retired Dallas Firefighter and lifetime Navarro County 100 Club member.  They have one daughter who is also a lifetime member.  Rheann is a East Texas Cattlewomen's and Texas Cattleraisers member as well.  Her family has ranched in Navarro County for 4 generations.  Her family prides itself on their service to others in the community. 

Mary Kennedy Thompson

As Chief Operating Officer of Franchise Brands, Neighborly, Mary oversees the ongoing business operations at Neighborly, the world's largest home services company, working with 30 brands as she leads the execution of company strategies. Mary served eight years in the US Marine Corps as a logistics officer.  She began franchising more than 30 years ago as a multi-unit franchise owner at Cookies by Design, leading the company in market penetration and sales and earning numerous awards. The International Franchise Association(IFA) awarded Mary with the William Rosenberg Foundation Leadership Award in 2023 for her outstanding contributions and leadership in advancing the mission of the IFA Educational Foundation.  She also received the IFA Bonny Levine Award, their highest award for women who have made an impact on franchising. Mary is a certified Franchise Executive(CFE) through the IFA and currently serves as a board member for the association.  Mary graduated from the University of Texas in 1984 and completed the mini-MBA in franchise management at the University of St. Thomas College of Business.
